a bit about me:

A dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education professor, changemaking faculty, empowered educator, transformative teacher, and innovator who strongly believes in the importance of providing a warm and welcoming learning environment. Over 15 years of experience teaching in a variety of program areas at Georgian College. Co-Founder of Chapters4Change and embraces Equity, Justice, and DIBs (Diversity & Inclusion to promote Belonging) to ensure that their classroom environment is inclusive for all. An advocate for mental health issues and has a passion to teach students the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and wellness. Has considerable experience in curriculum development and believes in the importance of life-long learning and education. They make learning fun for their students and believe that students engage and thrive in a learning environment where they feel safe, heard, and accepted.
