a bit about me:

A dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Education Professor, changemaking faculty, empowered educator, and innovator who strongly believes in the importance of providing a warm and welcoming learning environment. Over 17 years of experience teaching in a variety of program areas at Georgian College.  Co-founder of www.Chapters4Change.com who embraces Equity, Justice, and DIBs (Diversity & Inclusion to promote Belonging) and promotes a classroom environment that is inclusive for all. An advocate for mental health issues and has a passion to teach students the importance of self-care and wellness. Has considerable experience in curriculum development and believes in the importance of life-long learning and education. Makes learning fun for students and believes that students engage and thrive in a learning environment where they feel safe and accepted.
